Booking Policies
Cancellation and reservations:
FREE RATE
- When booking the FREE rate the cancellation is free of charge until 6pm on day of arrival, to ensure the reservation after 6pm on arrival day, the hotel will request payment of 1 night deposit. Except for the period from July 2nd to September 18th, when cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival date. After this period will be charged one night.
- During the period from July 2nd to September 18th a deposit of 1 night will be requested by sending a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBAY. This deposit is only returned if the customer cancels 6 or more days of arrival. If you cancel 5 days or less days from arrival, the deposit is retained.
- In case of no-show - the deposit made will not be refunded.
SMART rate
Cancellation
Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 01/07 and from 19/09 to 31/12): Reschedule free of charge until 6pm on day of arrival.
High season (from 02/07 to 18/09): Reschedule free of charge up to 5 days before check-in.
Payment of the entire amount at the time of booking. Payment can be made throught a secure link from Reduniq, by bank transfer or MBWAY.
Payment details will be sent by the hotel.

Children and extra beds:
- The cots are on request and subject to availability
- There are no extra beds at The Crest
Others:
- Check-in time 04.00pm
- Check-out time at 10.00am
- Animals not allowed (except guide dogs)
- Non smoking hotel (except in authorized zones)
- Housekeeping: daily from 15 June untill 30 September. Once every 3 days from 01 October untill 14 June.
